Previously, out of curiosity, I had tried to cook about two pounds of broccoli in a 6-liter air fryer and it took twice as long and it wasn't crunchy.

That's why as my experience I advise you not to overcrowd the air fryer broccoli if you want good and tasty results.

Now that the broccoli has been cut into small pieces.

Heat the air fryer to 360 degrees, then put the broccoli pieces in a large bowl, and then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of olive oil or 2 tablespoons on it. You can add one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, which adds a delicious flavor and also adds a little moisture to prevent the broccoli from drying out during cooking.

Then put ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder in it or you can use a minced garlic clove instead

And a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. Toss that together so the broccoli feels evenly coated.

Once the air fryer is preheated

Add the broccoli and arrange it in one layer, it's okay if it overlaps a little But you will get the best results if you do this.

Don't crowd your air fryer

12 ounces of broccoli in a 6-lb air fryer basket , Cook broccoli at 360 degrees for 10 minutes

And when it rings, the time comes

Check and test the broccoli

He might be ready at this point

Or you may want to increase the cooking for 2 or 3 minutes, until cooked through.

Fortunately, it is easy to add more cooking time If you need it

Once the air fryer broccoli  is cooked, it's ready to eat with a good appetite

And if you want to add more flavor you can also add a little

Parmesan cheese and black pepper.

First you will need to thaw frozen broccoli

By cooking it for 5 minutes at 360 degrees

 for another 5 minutes at 360 degrees

This is usually all a frozen broccoli needs to be done

But you can always add another minute or two

If you need it  The edges should be nice and crunchy

And I think frozen broccoli turns out even more tender than the new version
